Tracking Your Quotes
Track the status and validity of your quotes.
1. Navigate to https://ChartParts.com and click the person icon
2. Click "Quote History"
From the drop down, click Quote History.
3. Quote Status
Once you click Quote History, you'll see the Quote Status view. Here, you can view all your active quotes as well as any completed quotes that you've already converted to orders. The ones that haven't been converted to orders yet are going to show up in
green and the ones that have been converted to orders are going to show up in blue.
4. For Completed Quotes, click the "3 dots" menu to "View Detail"
You can click the three dots to the right to "View Detail" for that quote. View Detail is the only option available in this menu.
5. For Quotes stil "In Process"
Quotes in process will be labeled "ready for review." For quotes that are still "in process," your options are to "View Detail," "Acccept Quote" which would mean converting it to an order, or "Cancel the Quote."
