Do I need to log in to place an order?

How can I request a quote for parts on my list?
To request a quote, add the parts you want to your cart. Then, click the three dots next to your shopping cart and select "Request Quote." Review your quote, enter any necessary PO information, and click "Place Quote" to receive a confirmation number.
Can I place an order using a purchase order (P.O.)?
Yes, you can place an order using a P.O. at checkout. Simply enter a valid P.O. number in the designated field. Be sure the P.O. is correct to avoid any billing issues.
What happens if I use an invalid P.O. number?
Using an invalid P.O. may result in billing issues and could lead to your online account being temporarily disabled. If you're unsure of your P.O. number, contact your purchasing department or customer service.
Can I place orders 24/7?
Yes, ChartParts.com allows you to place orders anytime, even outside of business hours. However, orders will be processed during regular business hours.

To create a new product list, click on your initials at the top right of the page, select “Product List,” and then click the option to create a new list. Name your list, click "Apply," and you’re ready to start adding parts.
How do I add parts to a product list?
Find the part you want to add, either in the "All Parts" section or using the Exploded View. Click the heart icon next to the part, select the product list you want to add it to, and the part will be saved.
Can I create multiple product lists for different employees?
Yes, you can create multiple product lists for different employees or projects. Simply create a new list for each need, and add parts as necessary.
How do I rename or duplicate a product list?
To rename or duplicate a product list, click the three dots next to the list name. Select either “Rename” or “Duplicate,” make your changes, and click “Apply” to save.
Can I share my product list with others?
Yes, you can share your product list via email. Click the three dots next to the list name, select “Share by Email,” enter the recipient’s email address and message, and click “Send.”
How do I export my product list to Excel?
To export a product list, click the three dots next to the list name, and select “Export to Excel.” Your list will be downloaded as an Excel file for easy use.
Can I convert my product list into a quote?

How do I update my shipping method during checkout?
During checkout, click the pencil icon next to your shipping method to edit it. You can select options like Chart’s shipping services or use your own carrier. Make sure to apply any changes before proceeding.
What does the “Ship Complete” option mean?
The “Ship Complete” option ensures your order is shipped in a single shipment once all items are in stock, rather than multiple shipments. Select this if you prefer to avoid partial deliveries.
Can I use my own carrier for shipping?
Yes, you can select “Use Your Own Carrier” under the LTL Export shipping method. Enter your carrier’s details, and our customer service team will follow up to confirm the arrangement.
How do I request next-day shipping?
If you need next-day delivery, you can select that option during checkout under Chart’s shipping services or when using your own carrier. Be sure to choose the appropriate shipping method for faster delivery.

Yes, in the Order History section, you can search for a specific order using the order number, PO number, or product information.
How do I track open orders specifically?
In your Order History, you can toggle between ‘All Orders’ and ‘Open Orders’ to view those that are still being processed. This lets you see what’s pending or in progress.
How do I request a quote for parts?
Add the parts you need to your cart, then click the three dots next to the cart and select “Request Quote.” Review your quote, enter any required PO information, and submit the request. You’ll receive a confirmation number for your quote.
Can I track my quotes?
Yes, to track quotes, go to “Quote History” under your account. Here, you’ll find a list of past quotes, and you can click on any quote to review the details.
