Tracking Your Orders
Easily track your orders from your account dashboard.
1. Click "Sign In"
Sign in with your username and password.
2. Click your on your username in the top navigation
After you've signed in head to the top right click on your initials and then select order history.
3. Click "Order History"
Access the "Order History" section.
4. Click "All"
You can toggle between all orders or open orders.
5. Click "Open Orders"
When you select open orders, those are the orders that haven't shipped yet or are in the process of shipping.
6. Click "Order #"
It you can click here to enter an order number to pull up a specific order.
7. Click "Products"
You can also click here to see which products have been ordered.
8. Switch to Dashboard
Don't forget there's always the Dashboard feature, which is also available when you click on your initials on the top right and click "Dashboard," and that takes you to your recent orders.
