Placing an Order With Points

Convert your product list into a quote for approval or later purchase.


1. Click on the Person Icon to access the Dashboard
Navigate to https://www.ChartParts.com and sign in. Then click on the person icon to access the dashboard.

2. If you have points, the Dollar value of points will be displayed on the dashboard
If you have points, you can see the dollar value of your points shown here at the top of the dashboard. If you don't have any points, nothing will show here.

If you're curious about how points work, you can access the program rules section. You can always reach out to customer service if you've got questions.

4. Click the Shopping Cart Icon
Click the shopping cart icon.

5. Click "Continue Checkout"
Proceed to the checkout process by clicking continue checkout

6. Enter your PO number or "None" if paying with Credit Card or Points
You'll need to decide if you're paying in full with your available points, or if you want to pay partially with a PO. If your points won't cover your order, be sure to enter your PO in here if you're ordering on account.

7. Click "Continue to Payment"
Next click continue to payment.

8. Click "Continue Checkout"
Advance to the next checkout step by clicking "Continue Checkout."

9. If you're ready to use your points, Click "Apply Now"
This is where you apply your points. This system will automatically apply all points to the order once you click "Apply Now." If you decide not to apply any points to the order, you can always change your mind here by selecting "Pay by Credit Card" or "Place Order on Account."

10. Click "Place Order"
To finalize your order, click "Place Order."
