How to Use the Quick Order to Save Time

Easily place an order by uploading a list of part numbers for quick checkout.


2. Click "Quick Order"
Click "Quick Order" in the top menu.

3. Click "Import Order"

4. Click "Select from your computer" and pick your file.
If you have a file from the Chart Tech Service or Customer Service team, you can import that here by choosing "Select from your computer."

5. Click "Import Order"
It once you've found the file on your computer, proceed by clicking "Import Order."

6. Click "CSV template"
If you haven't received anything from the the Chart Tech Service or Customer Service team, it's best to start by downloading our template. Just click here.

7. Click "Select from your computer" and pick your file.
Once you've opened and updated the template with the products you want, you can save it as a CSV file. After saving select the file from your computer and choose import order. Note that only files with the .CSV extension will work to import orders. 

8. Click "Add to Cart"
Once you've imported the order, you can quickly add the items to your cart.

9.Click "Request a Quote" if you'd prefer to save as a quote
Not ready to place your order? No problem. You can request a quote here by clicking the three dots by the shopping cart.

10. Next, click "Request Quote"
Check the box for "Request Quote" and follow the next steps to process quote. Your quote will be emailed to you immediately upon submission.

11. Click "Continue Checkout"
When you're ready continue to the checkout process.
