How to Enter Custom Shipping Instructions
Go to https://www.ChartParts.com
1. Click the Shopping Cart Icon
Click the shopping cart icon and go to your cart.
2. Click "Continue Checkout"
Proceed by clicking on "Continue Checkout." This will take you to the part where you can add your custom shipping information.
3. Click Edit (Pencil icon)
Click the Pencil icon to update your shipping method.
4. Do you need this overnighted?
Be sure to select Next Day Air, on your Carrier or ours.
5. Click "LTL / Export / Use Your Carrier"
Select LTL export use your carrier option
6. Enter Preferred Carrier info. Keep it short!
Enter carrier, but remember to keep it short because characters in this box are limited.
7. Click "Apply"
Make sure to apply to update the changes and save them to your order.
8. Enter your PO, or "None" if paying with Credit Card or Points.
As always in the checkout process enter your poh or select none if you're paying with credit card or points.
9. Click "Continue to Payment"
Congratulations, you've updated your custom shipping instructions proceed to the payment section by clicking continue to payment.
