Converting a Quote into an Order
Turn a quote into an order when you're ready to complete the purchase.
Go to https://www.ChartParts.com
1. Click username initials
1. Click username initials
Start by navigating to https://www.ChartParts.com and log in. Next, click the username initials at the top right.
2. Click "Quote History"
Go down the list until you find Quote History and click there. Here you'll find your saved quotes. If you have multiple quotes saved, you'll want to navigate to the quote you want. Next click the three dots next the quote you'd like to convert to an order and select "Accept Quote."
4. Click "Accept Quote"
Accept the generated quote.
5. Click "Continue to Payment"
Proceed by selecting continue to payment
6. Enter your PO
The next step is always is to enter your PO if applicable.
7. Click "Continue to Payment"
8. Check Out
Here, you'll select if you're paying by credit card if you're not paying by account with a PO if you have a credit account with Chart.
9. Click "Place Order"
Click "Place Order" to process your order and you will receive an email a confirmation immediately.
